In December 2020, a new uniform policy on Conflict of Interest, which also addresses Conflict of Commitment, was adopted for all campuses of the Touro University System.

All faculty members and other researchers are strongly encouraged to become familiar with the requirements of this policy. Federal sponsors, particularly the NIH and NSF, have issued specific regulations related to conflict of interest that impact all recipients of grants and contracts issued by those agencies to Touro.
