This event is open to all Touro faculty (full-time, part-time & adjunct).

This training will provide the same content from the in-person AI Bootcamps held in New York in August and California & Nevada in November. It will be delivered online for those who could not attend the in-person trainings or for those who want a refresher.

The Faculty AI Bootcamp provides an opportunity for you to learn artificial intelligence and develop skills as we strive to lead and best serve our student body. The goal of the bootcamp is to provide foundational skills to advance innovative teaching while increasing student engagement with the use of AI tools and technologies. During the training, faculty will gain an understanding of AI's capabilities and its transformative impact on education. The sessions will go through innovative methodologies to incorporate AI into the curriculum and instruction, so as to facilitate effective, equitable, and personalized instruction to students in an exciting manner, while teaching critical thinking to match tools currently used in the market. Plan to participate in hands-on exercises designed to build confidence, self-reflection, and critical thinking in using AI tools, both inside and out of the classroom.
